The new feature was revealed by Twitter last night, which enables users to control who has the right to respond and interact with their tweets, and is a feature that began to be circulated to all users after months of testing on a few users on their social media platform.

Twitter announced last May that it is testing a new feature that will allow users to control who can watch or respond to tweets, a feature already available in a number of competing platforms, notably Facebook. It is possible for users to make their tweets, especially those that only users in the Friends list see or interact with, but Twitter is going to be more personalized.

The new feature will enable the user to control who wants to be involved in tweeting by naming them to tweet and will be the only people who can interact with and participate in tweets, and Twitter says it tests the new feature of a few users worldwide.
